I have receding hair line and severe hair fall due to which my scalp is visible. I have started consuming 3 litres water per day. Vegetable salads. Cut down junk food completely. Due to the salads lost weight in 4 days which I don't want it to happen. Been taking oral fish liver oil capsules. Was consuming biotin forte. Ended up with severe hair fall and acne so stopped. Externally I oil my hair and use onion juice and hair packs. My bald patches r visible and how can I treat my receding hair line? Please suggest and help.
