I am 31 years old. 6 weeks pregnant. My bmi is 32. Doctor has advised me to take ecosprin 75 MG. Is it safe to take? How to prevent gestational diabetes?

ecosporin is low dose aspirin and completely safe. To prevent gestational diabetes u shoud be physically active. take morning walk..hv food rich in proteins and vitamins .low carbohydrates diet. fruits should b taken as a whole .avoid juices as they are high in sugar and devoid of fibres..lots of green vegetables.
