Hi, I was 84 kgs in 2015 and lost weight through exercise - only walking and diet. Cane down to 67. 7 kgs. Though I was not on diet, I continued walking in 2016 but there was no weight loss. In 2017, my work out was on and off and I started gaining again. I go back to 68 or 69 but not below 67, I know my weight is saturated but do not know the way to reduce further, could you please advise.

Your Calorie needs to maintain weight are 1600 calories per day. It means if you want to lose weight, you need to take about 1100 calories per day. That will help you lose about 2 kgs per month and you can drop about 8-10 kgs in 5 months. Right now you must be consuming about 1600 calories, hence your weight is stable at this level. The walking does contribute to weight loss etc, however it is the diet that plays a major role. You will need to drop your daily calories intake only then your weight will drop from this level.
