I am 5 feet 10 inches tall ,good looking handsomeguy I had the habit of push ups in the morning some time in past. I developed my chest attractively, now due to my job purpose I am not getting time to work out. I work in front of computer for long hours, my now chest is becoming like ladies chest (looks like boobs are forming ).I am afraid now what to do?
