I have been suffering from chronic anxiety & stress & take medicines from last 2 years for it prescribed by my psychiatrist. But since last 2 years, my BP always remain increases high .But my psychiatrist says that" you don't need to take BP tablets only anti-anxiety medicines should be taken" I have to ask you that can't increased BP affect me ?if I take only anti-anxiety tablets? Some times when my mood changes ,my BP remains normal automatically.

Hello Anxiety disorder can be treated by combination therapy. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for regular counselling sessions. BP is affected by the anxiety. It can be taken care of by treating anxiety.
