Hi Sir, I got a anal fissure. My stool is now soft after consulting doctor and having high fibre diet and laxatives. But the problem is I have to go to poop many times a day and always having a feeling that I need to poop. And in doing so it is putting pressure on my fissure and it is not getting healed completely. I am not able to stop the laxative because of the fear that the stool might get hardened. What is the solution for this? Currently I do not have any pain. Sometimes it is bleeding a bit during the last stool.

Reduce the dose of laxative medicine as every time go the fissure gets eroded by the passing stools. Sitz bath along with application of sushruta oil & sushruta ointment is beneficial.
