Hi Sir, I got a anal fissure. My stool is now soft after consulting doctor and having high fibre diet and laxatives. But the problem is I have to go to poop many times a day and always having a feeling that I need to poop. And in doing so it is putting pressure on my fissure and it is not getting healed completely. I am not able to stop the laxative because of the fear that the stool might get hardened. What is the solution for this? Currently I do not have any pain. Sometimes it is bleeding a bit during the last stool.
