Hi. My day starts at 5 am and ends at 11 pm. I commute daily for job. Travelling time is 4 hours daily and job timings are 9 am to 5 pm. So practically I'm occupied from 5 am to 7 pm, my query is I want to be physically active and do some physical exercises like gym but at the end of day I'm totally exhausted. Pls suggest how to be physically active in this too busy and hectic scenario?

You may do some stretching exercises even while sitting doing work or commute. At other times you can do brisk walking for about 10 to 15 minutes. Only that much exercise is required that can keep body and mind fit. Too much of strenuous physical exercises can not only be useless but also harmful.
