I am 20 years old. I sleep too much approx. 10-11 hours a day but then also I feel sleepy whenever I sit for reading/writing or whatever things which include mental concentration. I cannot concentrate on my studies, my work, my skills and many more. My sleeping habit is destroying me from almost one year. Due to this, I procrastinate all my work. I am very much disappointed from my lifestyle even though I workout daily for almost 1 hour but then also I am getting no results. Please suggest some specific medicine/advice/checkup anything but please help me.

You have to maintain the sleep hygiene, and also take care of all other aspects of life. (Read from the internet ). Eat healthy and balanced diet and avoid heavy food or junk food / processed and packaged food and drinks. Eat fruits and vegetables everyday (get the seasonal fruits ). Drink enough water (10 -12 glasses of water ). Avoid frequent eating (snacking ). Learn Yoga and pranayam which can rejuvenate your whole body and mind.
