I am 20 years old. I sleep too much approx. 10-11 hours a day but then also I feel sleepy whenever I sit for reading/writing or whatever things which include mental concentration. I cannot concentrate on my studies, my work, my skills and many more. My sleeping habit is destroying me from almost one year. Due to this, I procrastinate all my work. I am very much disappointed from my lifestyle even though I workout daily for almost 1 hour but then also I am getting no results. Please suggest some specific medicine/advice/checkup anything but please help me.
