I have dandruff since 3 year ,before 1 year it occur only in winter, now it occurs for all season ,and lots of itching is there ,with itching hair fall is also there ,i advised by two MD skin doctor ,one will prescribe Cipla antifungal shampoo + vitamin-b12 tablet+ dutasteride tablet, and another doctor prescribed topisal 3% ointment + antifungal shampoo, so please tell me I prefer which treatment & why? Please help me 😥😥😥.

It is advisable to totally shift your treatment to Homeopathy. Generally anti fungal treatment is temporary. Have Sebsun Anti dandruff shampoo daily and Use Arnica hair oil. Internally take AC4 - Backsons tablet 2 tsb, thrice daily and contact me after one month.
