When I look up or tilt my head back, my neck and shoulder region pains. The pain is across the axis of line joining my two arm joints on my back. Not sure when or how it started. Thought I slept in bad position and that's what my pain is about. But its been almost a month and it doesn't go away. Forward bending n side bending is normal. Where does my head weight fall when I tilt my head back? What kind of doctor can help me? The pain is around 5-6 on 10 scale. Holding it longer hurts more so I give up soon.

It's due to cervical trapezius fibromyositis, start physiotherapy asap along with medications, rest,,maintain proper sitting and sleeping posture, avoid lifting weights, sleeping in a awkward position. You will be alright in 2 weeks time, if you are able to follow.
