My brother is 17 years old. He is suffering from dengue. He suffered from last 7 days in hospital. Blood platelets are decreasing and it become 8000. We are giving full treatment to him but no hope shown for his improvement. His ns1 antigen is positive & 1gM, 1gG antibodies are negative. His blood group is b positive. We are giving neem glloy boil water, goat's milk, papaya leaf juice. Please suggest something we are not not able to understand the situation. What should we have to for him please suggest please please.

if no bleeding inside or out side of body he can recover...by platelets transfusion ... and in few cases steroids may be used by treating doctor...consult his treated doctor for. platelets transfusion is important ....
