Thanks for the query. Oily skin and pimples (acne) mainly arise due to excessive sebum secretion (from sebaceous glands). The ducts of the glands may be clogged due to thick secretions which can cause acne. A bacteria called Propionibacterium may be the agent. Lifestyle changes are essential. Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water. A number of creams and ointments (Clindamycin, Istretinoin etc) and antibiotics are available but should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist. Avoid too much sun exposure and please do not opt for unknown chemical face treatments. Regards
