My mother age 48. In MDCT SCAN OF BRAIN (plain) found Lacunar infarct at left basal ganglia region. Otherwise all normal. She has no hypertension but once her sugar test done, shows 127 after 8 hours of eating. But doctor told it is not diabetic. Now my question is please tell medicine for the problem of brain. All the time she feel headache and migraine and she has also gastric problem. Her weight is only 35 kgs. Please tell medicine name for brain problem and what is the defect found in SCAN OF BRAIN?
