I am 18 years old girl. I am in 12th class science stream. I had suffer from chicken pox one month ago that after that my sleeping time increase and now day I can't control my sleep. I feeling sleepy and tired every hour and after sleeping I get headache. I can not study. I have tension because my exams are near but due to my sleepiness I can't study. I try to wake up and take some fruits and walk for few minutes. But I didn't work because after coming for study I will sleep. Please please give me a solution for this problem.
