Local doctor treating it by pulling jaws with his fingers forcefully which making sever pain, I stopped and postponed the treatment and came home. Are there any pain less treatments for this jaw locking? Or is that only way pulling jaws with hands or machines which is horrible?

You use warm saline as warm as bearable to you put in your mouth 4-5 times in a day and do exercise for opening closing and side by side movement as much wide as possible after 10-15 days you get as previous after use of warm pain get almost subside then try to open yourself. Along with this you use tab Myospaz fort BD for 5-7 days.
Chew on a gum warm salt water rinse local foamentation over the affected tmj
You can have muscle relaxants. But best will be mouth opening exercises like adding ice cream sticks or inserting wet handkerchief into mouth for 10 min 4 times a day. If problem doesn’t subside then go for removal of clot.
Good Morning lybrate-user Thanks for the query As per your words it seems you are not able to open the mouth post surgery, it can be because of trauma or infection in that area. Need not to worry ,For the same you yourself can do the exercises by forcefully opening and closing your mouth. Under your Dentist supervising you can take Mussle relaxtant tabelts also. Do Hot Fermentation and warm saline gargles.
