Hello sir. Mam I am 33 year old and go to gym daily. I am into advanced mode and doing cardio and weight training both. My trainer suggested me to take few supplements like protein powder, omega, multivitamins and Amino. Please suggest if I take it and it has any side effects. I am vegetarian and need to provide enough nutrition to my body which I think through veg food is not possible. Please suggest.

Hi, According to your height , your weight should have been around 70 Kgs . If you're working out and your diet is not quite up to standards, you may consider adding a multivitamin and protein supplement to your daily routine. But the best way is to eat the healthy meals . You can include ,fresh fruits , salads , sprouts , pulses ,beans , peanut butter , sattu etc in your meals
