My age is 22 and I am doing masturbation at age of 16. I am doing it daily one time from 16 to 18 years of age and got so many pimples on my face of doing this. I am unable to control my sexual feelings and now I am doing masturbation twice a week. Please help me with this.

You need to discipline your mind and refrain from masturbating. And if need be, you need to seek out professional help. It?s best to start quitting gradually. If you masturbate 30 times a week (roughly two times a day), try masturbating once a day. Each week, reduce the amount you masturbate by half until you reach zero. Is it feasible to quit cold turkey?
