I have premature ejaculation and sperm leakage while urinating. It cause of over masturbating from 10 years. Is it cure if I stop masturbating for 2 or 3 years. If it is not possible please suggest me medicine to cure. Thanks in advance.

I suggest you same tips It will help you 1 you can do kegel's exercise also try the stop/start method 2 increase the amount of time spent during foreplay. Make sure the genitals are not rubbed against the other's body or on the bed as this might also lead to ejaculation 3. Use a condom preferably a thick one or extra time its easily available in market. This will reduce the sensitivity of the penis. I4 herbal medicine you can use aswdhanda 50gm+satwari 50gm mix and use 1\2sppon morning evening with milk. If these are not help then go for semen urine ,blood tests and consult with me or any expert sexologist.
