Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. In persons with long standing diabetes erectile dysfunction is fairly common occurrence, particularly if blood glucose is not well controlled. So please make sure that glucose levels are as follows: FBG < 100 mg, PP: 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. Some times the damage caused is unlikely to corrected, and one may have to use drugs like PDE - V inhibitors. Thanks.
