Hello, I am 18 year old male and my foreskin doesn't go back. I've posted a question earlier also and the doctor informed me about the treatment of tight foreskin i.e. Phimosis, but I think I don't have phimosis and have a short frenulum that's not letting my foreskin move back. So I'd like to know how can I treat itM.

Short frenulum needs to be cut. Do Circumcision. You can get it done from good government hospital. You have to go to surgery OPD in the hospital.
