I had typhoid last month and it lasted for one month it was 1: 80, I'm suffering from lupus since last 14 years and I have been talking steroids since last 14 years, and currently on 2.5 mg regularly. Now since 4 days I have typhoid again it is 1: 320. Im having severe weakness, fever, and lack of appetite. I'm taking cefakind 250 twice daily, vitakind zit twice daily, and meftal forte / dolo 650 thrice daily. Please help me how to I recover fast? And what all foods do I have to avoid.
