My age is 49I have problem of Premature Ejaculation. I come off very early, also I feel that the Quantity of semen is very less and I can get involved in sex for once in 24 hours and if I opt for second time the erection does not happen. I have mild symptoms of Prostatitis. Moreover, I feel that My ejaculations during orgasm are not so forceful but it just flows out (without bursts of spurts) I was going through the Medicine Megalis for sustained erections and premature ejaculation issue and prostate issues. Kindly advise me if it is right to take Megalis in Lower Doses to solve this problem.
