My wife pregnant 19.5 weeks, her cervical length was 3.4 and was having discharge from vagina with little each, Dr. said to perform cervical cerclage, he took swab from vagina and next day he perform cerclage. The swab test came positive for yeast infection. My question is during cerclage would yeast infect fetus or contaminate amino liquid.

Theoretically yes ,not rarely it so happens. Your Dr. Will be giving anti fungal pessaries which will take care.
