I had an ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis that resulted in "Calculus measuring-6.9 mm in the lower pole. Mild pelviectasis seen in right kidney ureter is mildly dilated" Can you please suggest if this has to be operated and removed or will the below medicines prescribed would be enough to remove this? TAB FADOX TAB RABEPRO DSR TAB FENAK PLUS CAP SPORVIT. Thanks in advance.
