Pls suggest. Can I eat chapati made up of jeera and ragi.. Does it help in weight loose. Also what are the tips for overall weight loss..

Hi Swagta Having ragi jeera chapati I good start towards healthy lifestyle but alone it will not help in weight loss. General tips does not work all time since everybody has different body but you can try these tips- 1. Eat small frequent meals 2.Have balanced meal including carbs, proteins, fats & vitamins 3. Keep yourself well hydrated Don't feel shame to take help of nutritionist to lose weight. They can help you in much better & correct way to lose weight for long term.
