ULTRASOUND PELVIS Uterus is anteverted, normal in size and measures 86 x 35 x 47 mm. Myometrium shows normal echotexture. Endometrial echo is central. The endometrial thickness is 9 mm with hypoechoic echotexture in uterine body. Presence of heterogeneous echotexture lesion of approx. Size of 10 x 7 mm is noted within the endometrial cavity. The lesion shows vascularity along the anterior uterine wall. Both ovaries are visualized. Both ovaries appear normal in shape, size and echotexture with a corpus luteum of approx. Diameter of 26 mm noted in right ovary. No obvious adnexal mass or pathology is seen. No free fluid is noted in pouch of douglas. No obvious retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.
