I am having piles problems. Whenever I use to have constipation a sink comes out n it goes back. But know the sink comes out after an hour and stays outside I am taking homeopathic medicine calcarea fluorica, silicea, aesculus, dolichos, and nux at night. What to do else. And know I am facing a problem of constipation regularly. Please help.
