Hello doctor. I have done my hsg. My result is 1. Filling defect seen at the base of uterus 2. Both fallopian tubes are opacified with dilatation seen suggestive of hydrosalphinx 3. No spillage of contrast seen bilaterally. Can Dr. explain my result and I should do so I can get pregnant.

According to hsg both tubes are blocked and dilated ,you should be investigated for genital tuberculosis. Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy should be done to see the state of tubes and the uterine cavity. If on laparoscopy the findings of hsg are confirmed then you should go for ivf.
