I used to masturbate a lot. Till last month I was able to masturbate but suddenly I can not masturbate. I am not even getting any mood to masturbate even if I get mood my penis will not erect. I went to a sexologist and he advised me to stop masturbating and asked to take medicine for 6 months. I just completed medicine for 20 days. I stopped masturbating but when I get sexual thought my penis is erecting but bending towards left side after erection I am having pain in my penis and left testes.

Hello- Stopping masturbation will not solve your issue at all, as masturbation also stimulates testosterone production in the body. Its better to masturbate once a week or when you get erection. Weak erection can be manged by improving sleep timings and diet. Recovery can also be accelerated by the help of herbal supplements but six months time is more thn enough. Please change your doctor or consult someone more qualified here on lybrate.
