I have GAD for 40 years. Panic for 5 years. I am always in fear. Agoraphobia for many years. I am on paroxetine 30 mg, lamotrigine 75 mg per day. My body is always tight, jaws clenched, constant zombie due to SSRI. Is there a way to get off medicines totally. I am on SSRI for 2 decades as I have too much rage. And chronic anxiety and depression, but I do not want to be on medicines now. They just suppress symptoms, do not give cure. I have reduced my medicines over period of time. As I feel better. Is agoraphobia an illness? Is low mood an illness? Are their any holistic ways, or alternative medicines to combat depression. I do not want to be a zombie all my life. Due to side effects of medicines. Thank you. One does not eat more to fix indigestion. Why then band aid for mental health?
