Hi, I slept late night generally between 3 am-4 am and woke up 8: 30 am-9 am. Does this have any side effects? What minimum hour I require to sleep?

A normal human being require around 6-8 hours of sleep, in order to carry out all his work effectively. Best time to sleep is from 10 pm -5 am. Yes sleeping late and waking up late can cause problems not immediately but in the long run.

A normal adult's sleep must be around 7-8 hours daily. If sleep gets disturbed, then it will alter your day to day activity and cause other health problems later in life. For more queries contact us.
