I fear going out publicly, I think they are all staring at me or maybe talking about me, just wanna stay isolated, I don't feel It right when my family members try to communicate with me, I feel irritated responding to them or to any one else. Don't know whats happening.

Social anxiety disorder is a chronic mental health condition in which social interactions cause irrational anxiety. For people with social anxiety disorder, everyday social interactions cause irrational anxiety, fear, self-consciousness and embarrassment. Symptoms may include excessive fear of situations in which one may be judged, worry about embarrassment or humiliation or concern about offending someone. Talk therapy or psychotherapy and antidepressants can help increase confidence and improve ability to interact with others. I suggest online psychotherapy and counseling. Take care.
