Hi .I am suffering from heavy bleeding with big clots since last seven years after my second cesarean. i was diagnosed with adenomyosis and left ovarian cyst. Currently I am taking endoreg 2 mg (of which 1 and half month course is left), along with primosa as there is tenderness and little white n sometimes yellowish discharge from both breasts. I had my periods on 23 April for a week but returned after 2 days along with other pms.(tenderness n discharge. My gynea advised me to complete endoreg course n says I hv to take hormones throughout, giving small breaks in between as there is no permanent solution to the problem. I do not want to get uterus removed and undergo another procedure. Please advise.

You can go for mirena insertion, it is like copper-T but medicated device. It is wonderful option for adenomyosis. Tablets you can not continue for long as it is very cumbersome. Or you can go for a surgery where uterus is made smaller by taking out adenomyosis part. It ll be done by laparoscopically 100 percent. So take your call.

The treatment that is going on is perfect .if you don't want a hysterectomy. The other option you have is of taking inj leupride. Or inserting a mirena. You could speak to your gynaecologist about these options.
