Hi Lybrate user First of all share your feelings talk to someone you trust, sharing your feelings helps you release the emotions you have bent up inside, if you don't share your feelings it can be lead to depression. Exercise is also the best way to fresh your mind and feels stress free, yoga and meditation are helpful too. And for suffocation problem try to control your breath, daily practice it through inhalation while inflating your abdomen and exhale slowly, deflating your abdomen. Eat healthy foods, sleep propery. Spend some time with your hobby. If you don't feel better by self help you can opt some counselling sessions. Thanks.
