Having same blood group is not a issue. But there are certain genetic diseases which can manifest in the children if born out of consanguineous marriage (i.e. In relation). Which we can have a thorough discussion.

B positive is a common blood group and as such will not cause any problems for a couple. If you are marrying your cousin, what you should do is get testing done for thalasemia or haemophilia. Also get full information about any other genetically linked diseases which run in the family.
