Mornings when I wake up I feel less energy. I feel like am not getting a good sleep or the sleep is disturbed. I eat my dinner by 9.30 pm and goes to sleep by 11 pm. Should I go for any health check up?
Good to have dinner at 9.30 pm, but why do you skip lunch & breakfast. If you are above 55 years get your health checkup done every year. Above 40 once in 2 years. Also inform about your routine for better estimation.
