I am 32 years old male and around 80 kgs weight and height 5" 85. I am having pain in both of my foot heels for last one year. The pain is worse in the morning after getting up from bed, it improves a bit after sometime but the pain persists throughout. Not to the extent of difficulty in walking, but if any hard object strikes the heels, it pains extreme. The pains are not exactly at the bottom of the heels, its actually at the edges of the heels. Requesting your quick suggestion and diagnosis in this regard. Thanks!

You should start using contrast bath for this problem (hot and cold water tub n put your feet into it alternately) also wear soft heel shoes or use heel vision under sole. If still pain persist then visit to the Physiotherapist.
