I have pcod and Hypothyroid. I am on Metformin and thyroxine. I have a daughter. I had three abortions. I had sex frm day 8 to day 19th. Today my cycle is 23 day. Yesterday morning I had a mild cramp lk pms. Is this a sign of implantation cramp? I want a baby badly. Please help.
