I am developing bilateral kidney stones since last around 20 years, sometimes I pass them and then again rebuild. Size varies from time to time 3 mm to 6 mm, once I had 8 mm which I passed out. Presently I have two 5 mm each calculi in right kidney, 3 mm and 5 mm calculi in left kidney. Please suggest what should I do.

Hi lybrate-user its unfortunate that you are developing kidney stones bilaterally. Well its not a good symptom. You need to check uour serum calcium. Phosphorous.magnesium and vitamin d3. And parathormone level. Often endocrine disease ie parathyroid adenoma is the main culprit. Which alters your calcium balance and predisposes to stone formation. Kindly consult a surgical endocrinologist. To rule out same. Thank you.
