And the left breast is quite normal. She did mammogram test in January 2018 shown few microcalcification in a retroareolar region with BIRADS 3 in right breast. And even she did ultrasound breast show tiny calcif seen in retroareolar region. With no abnormality seen in rest of the reports. Her age is 43 with no cancer history. Please Dr. tell us it is a matter of concern of sagging right breast in a slight manner. She is feeling like this all of sudden from past 10 days. Please Dr. guide us and suggest some future test. Thank you.

It's better to see a breast surgeon or a surgical oncologist. They would examine her clinically and may ask for an ultrasound or a mammogram again to look for any change in the micro calcification. BIRADS 3 means suspicious lesion, but mostly benign. We recommend a core Biopsy to rule out the minor chance of insitu or invasive cancer, rather than observation. There are a variety of causes for breast pain ranging from intertrigo, which is fungal infection of skin fold under the breast, sebaceous cysts, Breast cysts, mastitis, abscess, traumatic fat necrosis, cyclical or non cyclical mastalgia, and rarely cancer, which need to be ruled out.
