My son is just 22 days old. Can he be given neopeptine drops and can it be given on a long term basis, because after giving neopeptine drops his diet has increased and his stool passing has improved as previously he was having a loose stool.

No you should not give neopeptine drops to 22 day old infant. If he has problem with stool you should not give bottle feed and give only breast feed
