Since one year I have pain in middle of thumb nail, I went to some doctors but no effect, it feels high pain like anything infact I am not able to speak in same moment. But it continues for max for 30- 40 sec. Please suggest, what it could b ,or where I should go for treatment and what test is needed? Because my hand like thumb less.
