I had a small tiny dot like structures on the tip of my penis reddish in colour, also causes huge itching and foul smell. I visited to the nearest doctor and he provided me fulconazole 400 mg tablet and a cream named dk gel, I get relief in a days but again still the small dot like structure is there and I had noticed that it is from last 6 month. Please help me out for proper treatment.
