Hi Doctor, Male 48, I am diabetic since almost 15 Yrs, I am feeling my penis size is shrinking maybe due to uncontrolled diabetes, it's just 2 inches when no erection and also thin. My queries are: 1. My penis length and thickness can increase in 48 Yrs of age and how much? 2. I gets discharge very soon. 3. There is almost no erection and gets loose very fast. 4. What kind of treatment you are giving I mean ayurvedic or English. 5. Is this disease is easily curable and how long it will take to cure?

It is due to diabetes so control it strictly, also do blood tests TSH, Prolactin, Testosterone. Size may not increase, there is no permanent cure. I do allopathic treatment.
