I am literally confused to choose a body fitness workout should I go for Gym or Karate, which will be beneficial for me?

Hi lybrate-user workout should be chosen on 2 basis what you will enjoy for more time secondly is it suitable for your body type. If you are overweight and do a lot of jumping exercises you may hurt your knees So you can ask the karate instructor that can you start with your present weight. Also try to have a proper meal pattern daily.
