I am 46 years old female. I suffer from extreme body aches. I feel my body stiff most of the time. I remain almost normal in winters but my problem aggravates in summer. I have multiple fibroids and taking medicine for hypothyroidism since 8-9 yrs, are these the reasons of my problem. When ever I consulted a doctor, I am subscribed multivitamins, calcium and painkillers. These give temporary relief. Also I am overweight, struggling to keep it in the normal range. Please suggest any remedy.

Your problem is HORMONAL IMBALANCE. Start work on your reproductive organs. Once they are corrected things would start taking its own course. We need to gradually tapper down all your medication. Start with DETOXIFICATION. You may start on COLLOIDAL SILVER WATER.
Dear lybrate-user 1. Hypothyroidism needs to be under control. Deranged thyroid levels may lead to a lot of body pain 2. Being over weight may put strain on various muscles. That leads to deranged body mechanics and increased pain. Weight loss will definitely help to keep your pain under control. 3. Stretching exercises under guidance. 4. Calcium and VitD3 supplements advisable. 5. Warm water for baths, hot fomentation Regards.
