I have gall stones. N very high liver perimeters. Sgpt 459 alkaline 237 sgot 535. Is gall bladder removal surgery possible in such condition.

Also need to know bilirubin levels. May need to get MRCP done to rule out bile duct stones.

It depends on due to what cause is the raised LFT. If it is due to stones blocking the CBD, then surgery is required. If it is because of acute Cholecystitis, once with medication the acute infection is controlled, the surgery can be done.
