Slight difference in breast size is a normal thing. If you think you can feel a lump in your breast, then it's better to get an ultrasound breast done and see a surgeon. It might be a simple fibroadenoma but it's always better to be sure.

Difference in size of two breasts is quite common and considered normal. If recent onset with lump then it is significant and you need to see a breast surgeon or a surgical oncologist for the same. They would examine you, and if need be ask for an ultrasound. If they ding the lump to be present they may do a FNAC or a core biopsy of the same. The lumps in breast could be just breast tissue which is thickened or fibroadenosis. But it could be due to other causes like fibroadenoma, phylloides tumor, fat necrosis, cyst, abscess, granulomatous mastitis, Galactocele in pregnancy or cancer.
