I am 7 week pregnant and my baby CRL is 0.9 cm and its heartbeat is 140 and yesterday I wakeup and found I had brown spot and went to doctor she did ultrasound scan and everything is fine but she found a protein fibroid and she gave me injection and tablet but today also when I woke up I saw Brown spot only in the morning what should I do pls help me.
