My dog has injured his hands. And he is continuously licking it and it is making it worse. Blood is coming out of it.

Licking and creating wound by licking is known as lick granuloma. There are various reason behind this kind on behaviour which may include boredom, skin issues, chronic pain etc. Try to make sure that your dog don't lick. Your pet will need examination from vet, vet may suggest few diagnostic tests or x Ray ans suggest you appropriate medicines. It require lot of patience and continuous effort to treat such cases.

You can apply neem oil on its wound, so that your dog will stop licking the wound due to its smell and taste, and need oil is also heals wound and acts as antibacterial and antifungal medicine.
